We want you to love your HAYAR pieces. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
Return window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Items received outside this window cannot be accepted.
Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We inspect every return upon arrival — items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
