return & refund policy

we want you to love your linen set — but if something isn't right, here's how returns work.

return window

returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. items received after this window can't be accepted.

condition

items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. we inspect every return upon arrival — items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

return shipping

return shipping is the customer's responsibility. we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

refund processing

once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

exceptions
